Step One: Open Run
Press “Windows key + R” to open the RUN command.
Now type “regedit” (without quote) into it and hit the Enter button on the keyboard.
Step Two: Find a Settings
Go to the “Edit” tab and press “FIND.”
The find command will search the exact settings from the thousands of registry entry libray.
Step Three: Find "Display1_DownScalingSupported"
Write exactly “Display1_DownScalingSupported” and click “Find Next.”
This code will search the Display Resolution Settings for you.

Step Four: Modify the Registry Value
Modify by right click and changing the Value to “0 to 1”.
This registry value is set 0 by default. You have to enable it by modifying it and change the value to 1.
Once you have changed the value, please restart the PC.
